We advertise your property 24 hours a day, on the UK’s largest property website, Rightmove. We receive numerous telephone calls and emails every day from tenants who have seen our landlords’ properties on this site.
Our “TO LET” boards are designed and digitally printed in innovative and striking graphics to make your property stand far above the crowd. Our experience shows that properties with our distinctive boards tend to attract great interest and rent quickly.
Our specially designed window display cards highlight the greatest features of your property. We use colour laser printed photographs (both outside and inside) of the property to generate interest. <Back>
Latest Technology – We employ the latest technology to promote & manage your property.
We have many potential tenants daily who visit our office, and we have a dedicated computer system for them to browse up to 40 pictures of each property we are currently marketing. Our experience shows that having many photographs of the property can greatly increase the chances of viewing requests.
We utilise a state of art property management computer system (constantly updated with new features and compliant with new property legislation requirements). One the function of this is to maintain an applicant database, and to regularly “match” applicants and properties by email or letter.
